But no, the pieces cannot be customized any further. However, we are interested in your ideas and can consider a collaboration to add more styles to our assortment. Let us know during the Touch Base call!
For purchases- we can and we do! The beauty of our Debut Collection is that it is an elegant blank canvas. You can wear as is, or you can have the pieces customized for an additional fee with lace, stones, length, and details that make it unique for you. We can discuss this during our Touch Base call.
Gowns and formal dresses are a little different when it comes to sizing that what you see in most ready to wear garments. To put it into perspective, a size medium on the street is a size 10-12 on bridal. We don’t mean to be confusing, but it is what it is. Here is the size chart for our garments. The key to good fit is to look for the widest measurement of your bust and hips and pick the size that is closest to that. You can mix and match the sizes as needed. If you have questions about the fit, we are happy to discuss it during the Touch Base call.
You will select the day for delivery when booking the rental or purchase. We will provide a tracking number once the item has been shipped so you can track its progress. Delivery windows vary based on carrier routes. Please keep in mind local delivery restrictions, i.e. in Puerto Rico, UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. So plan accordingly!
For rental, we are unable to shorten or lengthen the dress. The skirts are standard in length. Heel height is the easiest way to fix length issues. If you are purchasing the dress, we can customize the length of the dress for you!
We do our best to ensure your dress arrives as wrinkle-free as possible. Each dress is steamed and pressed before being sealed in plastic and placed in a garment bag. If you receive clothing with slight creases, please try steaming the garment on low heat. FYI,plastic garment bags reduce wrinkles. Yes, it hurts our hearts, but we reuse them as much as possible to reduce waste.
Oh, we are so sorry to hear this! This rarely happens as we take great care in packing our garments. If a garment happens to get damaged on its way to you, contact us and we will try to resolve the issue immediately. After you contact us, return the damaged item in the original packaging as soon as possible so we can have the item repaired for the next bride.
Your wedding dress experience is of the utmost importance to us. Right after you place an order, we will call you to speak further about the dress, the process, and any additional customization that might be needed. We promise to only contact you about your order and will not be using it for marketing.
In order to keep our items fresh and unique, items you see are Limited Edition and always on the move. When something you like is unavailable, it is currently being rented by another blushing bride—but let us know if this happens and we can try and find a solution.
Yes, you can. We think it is important to have a full-blown fitting party with your family and bridesmaids (if you want). We can send your top and bottoms in 2 sizes to try. Because our items are Limited Editions, we need to coordinate with you the best time to do this based on availability after you have booked the dress.
We love our garments like we love close friends. Each piece is hand-washed with water, plant-powered hypoallergenic laundry detergent, and we spot clean with the greatest gift to garment cleaning- Oxyclean (not a paid advertisement!). Honestly, I get a serious sense of accomplishment in removing stains from garments, because I am the queen here and my garments bow to me.
Don’t you worry about a thing! First of all, most stains on your gown are from dirt and alcohol. We get it- fun was had, drinks were spilled. Although we ask you to please be careful and treat the gown with respect, we know some dirt is expected. The service fee includes cleaning and minor mending of the gown so it can continue providing happy memories for brides to come.
There is no need for that and to be honest, we rather do it ourselves. My dear friend burrowed a dress once from my closet, was appalled at how dirty it had gotten and wanted to buy me a replacement. No way! Makeup, grass, alcohol and food stains… seriously, what did she do as a guest during this weeding? I told her to chill out and return my dress at once. Don’t try to clean it, don’t even think about it, let the experts handle it. We got all the stains out and it is looking as fresh as ever.
Your rental fee includes insurance for minor mishaps and general wear and tear. Significant damage, lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged the current full price to purchase the item plus applicable tax. But hey, you get to keep it!
Your package needs to be returned by 12 pm of your rental return day to avoid any late fees. If the return day falls over a Sunday or a Holiday, you may drop it off by 12 pm (noon) on the following day and you will not be charged late fees. You can return your rental to your nearestUPS location.

Size Chart
The key to good fit is to look for the widest measurement of your body and match the measurement to the size using the size chart below. For your top, the widest measurement is almost always the breasts. For the bottoms, the widest measurement is the hip. See the image below for more information on these measurements.

The best way to measure is with a sewing measuring tape. These are flexible, inexpensive, readily available, and easy to use. Wear a form-fitting tank top and leggings when you measure your body. We also suggest asking for help. The tape measurer should be as parallel to the floor as possible all the way around the body, which is hard to do all by ourselves. A friend is also super useful to measure the dress hem length for any customization. I want to reiterate that it is extremely important that you have the right height shoes on when measuring for length. We can talk about this further during our Touch Base call if you make a purchase.
Bust:
Wear the bra that you will be wearing with the dress. We remind you that our dresses have build-in bra cups so we suggest something with a little padding in order to maintain the measurement true to size. Measure across the fullest part of the bust.
Waist:
Bend to one side. Wherever the crease forms, that is your natural waist. Pull the tape across the narrowest part and measure.
Hips:
Stand straight and look forward. Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips (or rear) and measure.
